Limestone County company adding to workforce

ELKMONT, Ala. (WHNT) – EFI Automotive is celebrating ten years of business and announcing they’ll be adding more than 100 employees over the next five years.

The company just added $2.5 million of upgrades to the $20 million plant.

EFI Automotive makes ignition systems and transmission and climate control sensors. It will be one of Limestone County’s ┬átop manufacturing employers.

Patrick Thollin, CEO, said the company will bring on new engineers, technicians and other workers.

They will bring their workforce of 175 employees to 300 by 2020.
