Responsible for effectively leading the service line in service delivery, program development, growth management, financial performance and quality improvement. Leads, mentors, and coaches service line management team. Builds cohesive relationships with internal and external customers and ancillary departments. Develops and managers departmental and service line budgets. Supports and advances the mission and goals of the organization. Manages specific projects for Emergency Services Administration.

Education: MSN, or BSN plus Masters degree in Health Administration, Business, or Nursing Administration from an accredited college or university required. Administrative certification desired.

Experience: Five or more years recent health care management experience. Current licensure in the state of Alabama.
