Smash-and-grab burglary at Chevron in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – Investigators in Franklin County are looking for a man who they say broke into an area gas station and burglarized it.

Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver said it happened at the Chevron on Highway 43 just north of Russellville early Saturday morning.

Surveillance video shows the man, wearing a red hat and jeans, made off with some cash and cigarettes.
