Albertville Police ask for help to find teen missing for nearly a month

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Albertville Police are asking for the public’s help to find a teenager missing since early February.

Police say Jason Glenn Richards, 15, is considered a runaway.  He was last seen on February 8 when he was dropped off by friends in the parking lot of Zaxby’s in Guntersville.  Richards’ family says they haven’t seen or heard from him since.

The teen has run away in the past, but his family says he always returned a short time later.

Police say the length of time he’s been missing leads them to believe he may be endangered.  Detectives say they have followed all leads and are now reaching out to the public for help.

Richards is described as a white male, 15 yrs old. He weighs approximately 150 pounds He has blue eyes and dark brown hair. No known last clothing description.
