Bad Behavior: The latest on accusations of bad behavior in the Marshall County Jail

So far, so good: No large power outages to report

TENNESSEE VALLEY (WHNT) – Thursday morning, things are looking pretty good when it comes to power across the Tennessee Valley.  There are no large power outages to report.

Huntsville Utilities is in the clear, though they did report a few breaker operations Wednesday evening that caused some customers’ lights to flicker.  Check the latest outage map.

Decatur Utilities is also in good shape, barring one isolated customer incident. They too, had multiple breaker operations, which caused the lights for some customers to flicker momentarily.

Athens Utilities reports no outages.

Elsewhere in the state, Alabama Power officials say about 12,000 customers are without power.  About 8,000 are in the Tuscaloosa area and approximately 3,500 are in the Birmingham area.
