Manufacturing students wanted for new class

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – Here’s an all-call for anyone who wants to learn various talents that manufacturers are looking for.

Calhoun Community college and Toyota Motor Manufacturing are accepting applications for a new class of graduates. It’s a two-year program that will end with a technical associate’s degree.

Those accepted will learn about advanced manufacturing technology and business practices and get paid working experience.

Organizers will hold two informational meetings on February 19th, one at Calhoun’s Decatur Campus at 5:00pm and the Huntsville campus at 6:00pm.
