Lady Bulldogs Fall to Alcorn

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - The Lady Bulldogs erased a 10-point deficit late in the second half Monday but couldn't take the lead in a 58-55 loss to Alcorn State.

The loss is the second straight for the Lady Bulldogs who fall to 3-4 in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Alcorn State improves to 5-3.

With Just over 8 minutes to play, Alcorn State led 51-41 when A&M mounted its comeback attempt – going on a 12-2 run. With 1:50 to go, Brooke Dixon's layup tied the score at 53-53.
