HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Huntsville Utilities crews have finished work on a natural gas line on California Street.  The work required them to close the outside northbound lane from McClung Avenue to White Street on Monday morning.

The lane was closed from about 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

This work was required to fix a leaking gas main in-front of Maple Hill Cemetery.

Huntsville Utilities says it appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation with our crews while these necessary repairs were made. Thank you for your cooperation.
