GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Marshall County RSVP is gearing up for another set of classes in the new year.

Marshall County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, or RSVP, has a lot going on in the new year. “We have several classes,” RSVP Program Coordinator Wendy Brash says. “We have a beginning Windows 7, an eBay class, build your own website class. We have a class if you just want to learn about the internet.”

Brash says computer skills aren’t the only classes starting up again in 2015. Other classes include storytelling, music, knitting, quilting and yoga, to name a few.

There are also multiple clubs available.

Brash says anyone is welcome to participate. “Anybody. We have many members who sign up, we have people who just come in that need the class, especially the computer classes,” Brash says.

The classes are offered at a low-cost. “Most of the classes cost about five dollars, of course the classes that have supplies cost more,” Brash says.

The classes will start a few weeks into January.

For more information on the classes and to sign up, you’re asked to call RSVP at (256) 571 – 7734.
