FERGUSON (CNN) —  Some protesters in Ferguson are resorting to violence after a grand jury decided not to indict Officer Darren Wilson.

CNN reporters witnessed protesters smashing the windows of a police vehicle and attempt to overturn it. Some used bricks to smash the windows of a restaurant. Police are trying to clear the streets with what appeared to be tear gas, but police said they were smoke pellets. Most protesters were being peaceful, CNN reporters saw.
