What Scrooge of a mall promotions director was dumb enough to ban a Salvation Army Angel tree? How lacking in Christmas spirit when you deny an institution like the Salvation Army a venue to collect Christmas gifts for poor children.? We are talking retail stores here who need customers to shop for Christmas gifts who also need to be seen as community spirited, bah humbug, Florence Mall. Dumb move.
