FORT PAYNE, Ala. (WHNT) -  The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office arrested Randall Miller Berry, 51, of Rainsville on charges of producing pornography.   Berry was arrested Friday.

"This case is on-going and we are working to see if there is a pattern of behavior or of this case goes beyond the borders of DeKalb County," Sheriff Jimmy Harris said in a statement.

Investigators say Berry was producing pornographic material at his residence, some of which involved juveniles.   Sheriff Harris says the DeKalb County DHR office and the Child Advocacy Center are both assisting in the investigation.

The Times-Journal newspaper in Fort Payne is reporting that Berry is a youth football coach for the 11-12 year old group at Plainview.

Investigators also seized computers and cell phones during their investigation.

"We hope to gain more information once these devices are examined by the FBI," Sheriff Harris said.  "What I have seen so far is very disturbing but we don’t know how far it goes yet.”

WHNT News 19 spoke with Berry's daughter on the phone Monday evening. She said the charges come as a "complete shock." Berry's daughter said right now she just wants to speak to her father, but so far has not been able to see him since he is still in jail.

Berry is charged with Production of Obscene Material.

Berry is currently being held without bond.
