(CNN) — U.S. President Barack Obama will deliver a speech Wednesday to explain to the nation “what our game plan is going forward” in the fight against ISIS.

In an interview aired Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Obama said he would describe how serious the threat from the terror group is — but also that the U.S. is capable of dealing with it.

The speech will come one day after Obama is scheduled to meet with congressional leaders and a day before the anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks.

Obama’s plan…..First he will play another round of Golf , then wait a see what happens, followed by a fundraiser and another round of golf , then drop a couple of bombs ( just enough to make them want to behead another American but not do any serious damage ) followed by more golf, another fundraiser and maybe a press conference to tell us he actually has a plan…..

Precisely put Emilia. If the defense knows what offense you’re going to throw at them, the offense will get hammered every play.

The story says that Obama will meet with congressional leaders before he makes his speech. Normally he would just use the “pen and phone” method (aka Executive Order) to get what he wants. But not this time. He wants to be able to at least lay partial blame on Congress if his scheme fails.
