Former soccer coach faces new sex abuse charges in Madison County

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – A former soccer coach accused of child sex abuse in Madison and Marshall counties now faces additional charges.

The Huntsville Times/ reports new charges were filed Monday against David Barrow in Madison County district court. The charges are first-degree sodomy, first-degree human trafficking and sexual abuse of a child.

Court documents say the incident took place November 1, 2013, reports.

Barrow was initially arrested in May at John Hunt Park, at the Alabama high school soccer tournament.

He was arrested again last week on additional charges.
