HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - There are several car scratch repair kits on the market.

And just about everyone we tested left a lot to be desired.

The Scratch-dini is just another one in the pack.   The Scratch-dini cost us $9.99 and we got it at a big discount store.

The Scratch-dini has huge claims on the packaging. The Scratch-dini says “wipe it on, scratch is gone.”

The packaging also says it will do it in 30 seconds.

We tried it on some small scratches on my car. It didn’t work very well.

The car I used had several scratches that were shallow in the two or three inch range.

The Scratch-dini is one of those products where you put the “solution” in the scratch, wait a period of time, and then wipe it clean.

The scratches weren’t much different after several treatments than they were before.

The Scratch-dini we make a Dud.
