Stars Division Lead Grows to Seven and a Half

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - The Huntsville Stars rallied Monday afternoon in the bottom of the ninth, to defeat the Tennessee Smokies 5-4 in game one of their five game series at Joe Davis Stadium.

With the Stars trailing 4-3 going into the bottom of the ninth, Josh Prince started the inning against P.J Francescon by singling into centerfield. Nick Shaw advanced Prince to second on a sacrifice bunt. Prince advanced to third base on a wild pitch. Nick Ramirez scored Prince on a sacrifice fly tying the game at 4-4.
