You can now shop Amazon from your Twitter account

Huntsville, Ala. (WHNT) – Amazon has launched a new feature allowing Twitter users to add items to their Amazon cart with a simple hashtag.

Here’s how it works. Users first connect their Twitter account to Amazon. Then, whenever they see an item featured with an Amazon product link, they can reply using the hashtag #AmazonCart to add it to their shopping cart.

The user never has to leave Twitter and never has to worry about going back later to search for the cool product they liked.

A promotional video explaining the feature uses the slogan “Add it now, buy it later.” You can watch it below.
