The Third Annual "A Night in the Garden" gets underway at 7 pm on Friday, May 16th.  Tickets are $75 and all funds raised go directly to serve the senior and homebound community.

The CASA Community Garden, located at  4725 Bob Wallace Avenue, began in 1988 and is one of the oldest Community Gardens in the state of Alabama.  The Garden is volunteer-driven from the moment the seed is planted to the delivery of the fresh vegetables. The garden produces thousands of pounds a year for more than 450 clients yearly.  Since it began the Garden has produced more than 200,000 pounds for CASA clients throughout Madison County.  The veggies are organically grown and provide nutrients to seniors and homebound in Madison County to promote a healthier diet.
