“Right now, pre-algebra and biology and I’m doing some language, math and world history.” Waylon explains a typical day at school.

His favorite subject is math.

“I like figuring out stuff cause I can do math work pretty quick.” Waylon said.

Waylon is trying to figure out how to get out of foster care.

“I’m really wanting to be adopted cause that way I can have a stable life instead of having to move around a while lot and so with have a stable life I don’t have to worry about what’s gonna happen to me.” Waylon said.

“How long have you been in foster care?” Lee asks

“For most of my life probably since I was like 1 or 2, so I‘ve always wanted to like have an actually home instead of having to move around to different houses.” Waylon answers.

Seven or eight moves that he can remember, and that’s part of the hardest part.

“I don’t know where I’ll be going next, I don’t know if I’m gonna wake up the next or not.” Waylon said

Waylon needs a forever family to rescue him from foster care.

“I’ll be able to have a mom and dad cause I never had a mom and dad.” Waylon said.
