Voting Ends for Round 2 to Help Johnson’s Jack Doss Win USA Today Coach of the Year

Huntsville, AL. (WHNT) – Johnson High School basketball Coach Jack Doss is one of 53 finalists across the nation to make it past round in the vote for “USA Today Best Boys Basketball Coach 2014.”

He advanced to Round 2, and voting ended Thursday, January 30 at 11 a.m.

We’ll update you soon once we learn the results.

Round one began with 306 coaches from across the nation nominated by USA Today before fans narrowed the field by voting over the last week. Doss received over 50,000 votes and was chosen as one of only two wild cards for receiving the most votes nationally without winning their state.
