House Fire in Blount County Ruled Arson

ONEONTA, Ala. (WHNT) – Authorities are offering up to ten thousand dollar reward to anyone with information about the death of Donald Whited.

Whited was 66-years-old and lived in Oneonta.
His body was found in his burned down home on Monday night.

The Alabama State Fire Marshall along with the ATF investigated the scene.
The fire was ruled an arson and Whited’s death a homicide.
