Huntsville, Ala. - (al.com) When Lee puts the pedal down, even good teams can quickly find themselves in a big hole.

The Class 6A, No. 1-ranked Generals used a big run to close out the third quarter and turn a close game into a 66-47 win over Grissom for a second consecutive Huntsville Times Classic championship.

Richmond signee Khwan Fore had 19 points, four assists and three steals for Lee (16-2), which outscored Grissom 20-8 during the final 7:38 of the third quarter after the Tigers pulled within three, 31-28.

"The intensity had picked up," Fore said. "We talked about it in the locker room. We needed to push and speed up our game, and then we'd be able to hit shots."
