Critical Need for 0 Negative Blood Type

TENNESSEE VALLEY, Ala. (WHNT) – LifeSouth Community Blood Centers are pleading for the public’s help. The blood reserves for O- blood are at critical levels.

Donating blood saves lives. If you have either O- or A- as a blood type, you should seriously consider donating blood.

    I am o negative. Can I just show up at huntsville hospital without an appoi tment? Are there restrictions on donations because I take blood pressure medicine?
