AUBURN, Ala. (WHNT)– Auburn fans are still catching their breaths after a stunning finish to the Tiger’s game against Georgia Saturday.  But as dramatic as the finish might have been, Auburn’s move from 7th to 6th in the latest BCS poll had more to do with Stanford’s loss.

Even though Alabama struggled at times in its 20-7 victory over Mississippi State, the Tide is still number one.   Alabama takes on Chattanooga next Saturday before facing Auburn on November 30th.

The Tigers have an off week to prepare for the Tide.
