FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A second Vina High school coach has been charged with being a school employee engaging in a sexual act with a student under the age of 19.

First-year boys basketball coach Brian Scott Keeton, 38, was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

Keeton’s arrest comes just five days after Vina physical education teacher Sonny Tibbs, 35, was arrested on three counts of the same charge for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old Vina student.

Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver says Keeton is accused of having sex with a different 17-year-old student.

This has nothing to do with Auburn. This is a person that parents trust to take care of their children and he has taken advantage of their trust and here you just want to comment on his sweatshirt. Figures…smdh

Again, what is happening? Where are the so called leaders of the school? Kids are really upset, even as young as kindergartners.

The girl was how old? 17! Don’t get me started! More likely than not, she a willing participant. This looks like blackmail from the girl! cuz dude is probaly married and she can’t have him to herself!

I look at it like this. The girls were not in Kindergartner they are of age of knowing what they were doing and how to do it. It’s like this they should be in trouble as well. I think if the teacher is in trouble then so should they. It takes two to kiss it takes two to have sex and it takes two to text back and forth to each other. The mom and dads are just mad because their kids did what they did. Yes the teachers should know better but so should the so called kids. They are not kids they are almost adults and they know better. If one of my kids was doing this don’t think I wouldn’t make them stand right there with the teacher. If she puts her self into that place then she needs to also be in trouble alone with him. I feel for all the family’s that’s also the teachers. Judge me if you may but really we all know they know they were playing with fire when it started. Now take the line you have walked.

The school systems in this area are stupid. Someone wanted bryan’s job and knew it would be easy to pay off a teenage easy girl to say these things and get a coach in trouble, but remember this karma is a —– and has no time line. This man has a family. I feel sorry for his family for him falling victim of this.
