Lauderdale County Investigators Seek Shooting Suspect

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A Shoals man remains in the hospital recovering from three gunshot wounds after a shooting Monday.

So far, no one is in custody for the crime.

Lauderdale County investigators need your help piecing together the evidence.

According to investigators the victim was driving with his girlfriend in the Anderson area, when their car broke down.

The victim told detectives a man walked up and shot him once in the chest with a rifle and then picked up a handgun and continued shooting, hitting him in both legs.

The victim informed investigators he did not recognize the shooter.

Now investigators are reaching out to the public for any tips in this case.

First Mario Aguilar has warrants out for his arrest for identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Next, investigators want Patrick White in jail for a grand jury indictment of theft of property.

And finally, Timothy Baldwin is wanted for domestic violence.
