NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WHNT) - Blair Durham, a lawyer representing the family of Henry Holt, Sr., spoke Thursday and asked for anyone who witnessed Saturday night's events in Fayetteville to come forward.

Durham said he is particularly interested in talking with anyone who saw Misty Shelton's arrest, and the events that unfolded afterwards.  They are trying to find out how she got from the back of a Fayetteville police car to the front seat.  Shelton is accused of stealing the car and slamming in to an SUV carrying five people, including Holt.  He died in the crash.
