2013 Will Bring Winning Back to Guntersville

GUNTERSVILLE-The 2012 campaign was certainly not one fans of the Guntersville Wildcats were accustomed to. A run of seven straight winning seasons (that included a state title) were broken last fall after the Wildcats finished just (4-6).

But they're ready to get back to their winning ways in 2013. The numbers are promising, with Guntersville returning eight starters on Offense and nine more on Defense.

One change is at Quarterback. Gunter Lemmons will take over for two-year starter Clayton Daniel. Lemmons will be protected by a young, but talented bunch up front.

With all that said, the big concern for Head Coach Lance Reese is what to do if one of those Offensive Linemen go down.
