The Greater Huntsville Humane Society would like to invite everyone to the Second Chances:  Rescue Dogs of Madison County book release party on Thursday August 29, beginning at 6:30 pm at Burritt Museum on Monte Sano.

Second Chances: The Rescue Dogs of Madison County features 36 stories of rescue dogs, celebrating their rescue experiences and their forever families.  Everyone will want a copy for their own collection.

The proceeds from the book project will be used as seed money for the construction of a new, state-of-the-art shelter and the future home of the Greater Huntsville Humane Society.  The author, photographer, and owners of the dogs featured in the book will be present as well as longtime supporters of the GHHS.  Select Second Chances canines will also be greeting guests upon their arrival.

Tickets are $50 per person.  Click here to purchase tickets and discover more about Second Chances.
