NASA’s website has a new, lighter and brighter look, with increased focus on live events.

The recent redesign of offers a lighter color palette – light blue instead of a dark blue background – along with a number of new navigation tools.

At the upper right of the page, a new window highlights live events like launches and news events.

There’s a top stories-esque section in the center middle of the page, where you’ll find in-depth features and other links to timely NASA content.

Below that you’ll find images and multimedia sections, including direct links to NASA video content, NASA TV, podcasts and vodcasts as well as interactive content.

There’s also a calendar – to help you keep tabs on cool events coming up – and links to the latest blogs.
