Update: Victim Identified in Fatal One Vehicle Wreck in Toney

TONEY, Ala. (WHNT) — A single vehicle wreck on Saturday leaf one person dead and two others in the hospital.

Toney Fire and Rescue responded to a single vehicle rollover in the area of Old Raildroad Bed and Dan Crutcher Roads around 10:00 p.m. Saturday.

According to police, Devin Fountain, 32, of Madison wad driving a 2010 Honda Cross Tour when the vehicle left the roadway, hit a tree, and overturned.  A one-year-old passenger, James Maxwell Fountain III, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Devin Fountain and a 3-year-old passenger were transported to Huntsville Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

No additional information has been released by State Troopers.
