Decatur Man Dies After Being Shot During Game of Dominoes

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) - Decatur Police say a man has died after being shot early this morning during a game of dominoes.

The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. at 614 4th Avenue SW.  The victim, Thomas Bibb, was shot in the chest.  He was rushed to Decatur Morgan Hospital, where he died.

Police say Sterling Gerome Warren is charged with Bibb's murder.  He was an acquaintance of Bibb's.

Bibb's body has been taken to the Alabama Department of Forensics Lab in Huntsville for autopsy.
