Bicyclist Killed in Morgan County

MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A bicyclist was killed Saturday morning in Morgan County.

State Troopers say the cyclist was struck by a vehicle on East Upper River Road, about four miles east of Priceville. It happened just before 8:30 a.m.

Officer say 60-year-old Walter Dennis Ham, of Trinity, was riding a bike when he was struck from behind. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
