ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT)-- A family member of Ruben Pacheco told WHNT News 19 that the 18-year-old's organs are being donated.   Pacheco died Monday from injuries he sustained Sunday in a wreck on Highway 431 north of Guntersville.

"By him losing his life.  People are going to gain life," said Lauri Batie.   "And he is still going to live on through them and that's the way that I look at that."

Friends of the four victims also talked about the difficulty of accepting what has happened.  Kayla Higgins says a candlelight vigil Monday night in Guntersville was touching.

"It was sad.  It was beautiful.  The balloons were awesome," she said.

Pacheco's friend Blake Orr says what happened started to sink in Sunday night when numerous calls to Pacheco's cell phone went unanswered.

"We had the bond of brothers.  His family is my family .   Now that he's gone I don't know how things are going to be."
