MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WHNT) – The Alabama Department of Corrections has released a new prison photo of Hammad Memon.

Memon entered a guilty plea in May in connection with the deadly shooting at Discovery Middle School in Madison.

Memon’s classmate, 14-year-old Todd Brown, died in the February 2010 shooting.

Memon was recently transferred to the Kilby Correctional Facility near Montgomery.

A judge sentenced Memon to 30 years in prison following his guilty plea.
