Decatur Man Charged with Trafficking Cannabis

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – During a traffic stop on Highway 20, police discovered nearly five pounds of marijuana hidden in a bag in the car.

The driver of the car, Randy Arlando Stotts, was arrested and charged with trafficking cannabis, in addition to other minor traffic violations.

Stotts will be transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $6,000 bond.
