Huntsville Doctor’s Case To Come Up Before State Board in August

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A Huntsville doctor is scheduled to appear before the State Board of Examiners in August.

Dr. Shelinder ‘Shaun’ Aggarwal’s case was initially scheduled to come up May 15, but was postponed.

He is now scheduled to appear before the board on August 21.

Dr. Aggarwal is under investigation for reports of excessively dispensing controlled substances to many of his patients.

His license to prescribe the pain medications was suspended in late March.
