McDonald’s Manager Robbed at Gunpoint

MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) - Madison County deputies are looking into an early morning robbery to the McDonald's on Highway 53.

According to the manager, he was leaving the store just after 1 a.m. Monday when a man wearing a mask and gun forced his way into the restaurant.

The robber then made the employee open the safe. After cleaning it out, the masked gunman left.

The manager was not injured.

Deputies are going through the security camera footage to see if they can get a better look at the robber.
