CASA Celebrates 25th Anniversary of Mud Volleyball Tournament

ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) – The 25th Anniversary of the Care Assurance System for the Aging and Homebound, known as CASA, Mud Volleyball Tournament to support services for the elderly and the home bound in Limestone County is now open for registration to the public.CASA 2013MudVolleyballPigs

The tournament is scheduled for July 20 at 9:00 a.m., with a registration deadline of July 10.  Registration will close when 90 teams have registered.

You must have eight players, two of which must be female.  There is no limit on the number of players per team.  The cost is $20 per team member.

CASA helps the elderly and disabled preserve their independence and continue living in their own homes by providing services including building wheelchair ramps, minor home repairs, grab bars and other adaptive equipment, and other services.
