Rock the South Music Festival to Continue

CULLMAN, Ala. (WHNT) – Cullman Mayor Max Townson confirms the city has signed a contract with Rock the South promoters for the next five years.

The music festival began last year on the one-year anniversary of the April 27th tornadoes.  The festivals website says “‘Rock the South’ is a festival celebrating our recovery, our commitment to one another, and our Southern way of life.”

Country music stars like Sarah Evans, The Band Perry, and Hank Williams, Junior performed for people at Heritage Park in Cullman.
