Former Alabama Football Player Rolando McClain Retires at Age 23

(WHNT) - A release from Rolando McClain's current NFL Team the Baltimore Ravens says McClain is leaving football at 23 years old.

McClain has had several run-ins with the law in recent months, most recently in April when he was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in Decatur.

Ravens General Manager Ozzie Newsome says McClain has been placed on the Reserved/Retired list.

McClain signed a one-year contract with the Ravens on April 12.
McClain is due in court July 9 for his most recent charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
