Huntsville Police Investigating Overnight Home Invasion

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville Police are looking for two men they say are responsible for a home invasion.

It happened just after 4:15 a.m. on Friday morning in the 3900 block of Cottonwood Drive, just east of Bluespring Road in north Huntsville. According to police, the family startled the intruders after they made it into the home and both of the men left. Before leaving, police say they fired two shots inside the home.

There were no injuries and they are not sure at this point if anything was taken. Huntsville Police are investigating the incident.
