Status Conference for Accused Discovery Shooter Continued to May 23

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The attorney for accused Discovery shooter Hammad Memon, Bruce Gardner, has filed to continue the status conference originally set for June 7.

Citing that he will he has long standing plans to be out of town, Gardner requested the status conference to be moved to a later date.

The status conference will now be held on May 23 at 1:30 p.m. in Judge Karen Hall’s courtroom.
