Chargers Fall in Rankings, Stay in National Top 20

Huntsville, Ala. – After dropping three out of four games the last week, the University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team dropped back in the polls this week, but still remains ranked in the top 20 of each.

In the most widely recognized poll, the Chargers (29-10-1) dropped seven spots back in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper poll this week to No. 18.

College Baseball Lineup docked UAH down to No. 15 from No. 10 last week. D2Baseball News showed UAH the highest ranking this week with their No. 13 overall spot.

The NCBWA had the Chargers check in at No. 14, while still remaining a strong No. 3 in the NCBWA South Region Poll.

The Chargers split with Lincoln Memorial on Wednesday and lost the only two games they played against West Georgia over the weekend.

The team will travel to Stillman on Wednesday and will host West Alabama this weekend.
