Alabama Assistant Coaches Receive Pay Raises

Several Alabama assistant football coaches were approved to receive pay raises by the University of Alabama Board of Trustees compensation committee.

The biggest pay increase went to defensive coordinator Kirby Smart.  He becomes the first Crimson Tide assistant to receive seven-figures.  He’ll make $1.15 million next year and is expected to make $1.35 million by the end of his three-year deal.
