MOULTON, Ala. (WHNT) - An old home burned down in Moulton Wednesday.

The fire started around noon on Sommerville Avenue.

The home was converted into an apartment building by the Chenault family years ago.  It was built in the 1930's and the apartment currently had five units.

All four people who were living inside the building survived the fire, but lost everything.

Property Manager Joe Cook says he plans to help the tenants as much as he can.

"I went through a fire back when I was younger like this and lost everything I had, you just kinda have to pick up a little piece at a time", Cook said.
