The only thing former Alabama offensive lineman D.J. Fluker did at the Senior Bowl was get measured.

Though he weighed in at 355 pounds, becoming one of the heavier men on the roster, he declined to practice or even play in Saturday's game because of lingering injury issues.

Several did not want Fluker to participate because he was a redshirt junior when he decided to apply for the NFL draft.  However, Nick Saban came to his defense saying he has done everything he needed to do to be successful personally, academically and athletically.
