Connect2013 is a time for local government leaders to put their heads together in a public forum.

"Because we are all in this together," says Susie Masotti, executive Director of the Madison City Chamber of Commerce.

"You know, there's Huntsville, there's Madison, there's Harvest and Monrovia but we're all somewhat in this together and by combining our resources and combining our efforts I think we all get better. I think the road improvement projects are a great example of that--with the changes that are going on on Madison Boulevard that comes all the way into Huntsville, the changes to County Line Road that stretches from Highway 72 to I-565 to the new interchange--all those are examples of how working together you can create a better lifestyle for your citizens and we all benefit from that."

  • Connect2013 is the Madison City Mayoral State of the City address and is in its 4th year.  This is Mayor Troy Trulock’s inaugural State of the City Address.

  • Connect2013 celebrates the connections between the City of Madison, regional local governments, area businesses, residents, and those interested in investing and moving to the Madison area.
