Miami Gardens, Fla. (WHNT) - During Alabama's win over Notre Dame, several Tide fans chanted, "S-E-C!  S-E-C!".

Not only have SEC teams won seven-straight BCS titles, they have done it in relatively dominant fashion.  If you don't count the 2011 game because two SEC teams were playing against each other, the SEC team beats the other team in the final game by an average of roughly 16 points.

The Tide says the league helps prepare teams for playing consistently and physically.
