(WHNT) – A number of local stores have special Alabama merchandise ready to sell if the Tide wins the BCS Championship tonight.

The game starts at 7:30 p.m. central time.  Many stores will open as soon as the game ends.  Here are a few places you can go if you’re interested in buying some Alabama gear:

Academy Sports
Academy Sports will open as soon as the game is over to sell special Alabama merchandise, if the Tide wins.  Academy Sports is located at 1205 Wimberly Drive Southwest in Decatur.

Belk (Parkway Place location only)
Will close at 9 p.m. and open immediately after the game ends to sell Alabama hats and t-shirts.  Belk has six different designs, and 1,000 items on hand right now, including long-sleeved, short-sleeved and capped-sleeved shirts.

Dick’s Sporting Goods (Jones Valley and University Drive locations)
Will open immediately after the game ends to sell hats and t-shirts.  They’ll stay open until the crowd thins out, which could be roughly 2 a.m.  Dick’s will re-open Tuesday at 6 a.m. to sell more merchandise (they usually open at 9 a.m.).

Hibbett Sporting Goods (Highway 20, Madison)
Will open immediately after the game to sell shirts and novelty items until the crowd thins out.  The Huntsville location will open Tuesday at 8 a.m. to sell ‘Score’ shirts.

Are you a store owner planning to open late tonight to sell Alabama BCS merchandise?  Send us an email with your information we’ll update this list.

Note: Most of these store locations in north Alabama said they don’t have a stock of Notre Dame merchandise should the Fighting Irish win.  The store representative for Dick’s Sporting Goods said it would be available for online purchase.
